• Which app you are using: Radio Danz or Chilltrax.
• Your device model and iOS or Android version.
• The app version, if you know it.
• What happened, what you expected, and any error message.
• Whether you were using Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Share only information relevant to your question. We do not need passwords or payment details. These details are sent only if you choose to include them in your message.

If audio won’t play

1. Check that your internet connection is working.
2. Check your device volume and whether audio is routed to Bluetooth headphones or another speaker.
3. Close and reopen the app, then try playback again.
4. Check your app store for an available update.
5. Try the station’s website to see whether the stream is available there.

If playback keeps stopping

Try a stronger Wi-Fi connection or, if your plan allows, mobile data. Streaming uses data continuously, and mobile data charges may apply. Check whether your device’s battery or data-saving settings are limiting the app’s network access.

If the issue continues, contact us and let us know when it happens, including whether your screen is locked or you are using another app.
