Electronic Music Radio Group, Inc. (“EMRG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida nonprofit corporation and the organization behind Radio Danz and Chilltrax. This policy covers our informational website at electronicmusicradiogroup.org and the Radio Danz and Chilltrax mobile apps for iOS and Android provided by EMRG.

Our mobile apps do not collect user information

Our apps are designed for listening to music without creating an account or providing personal information. We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information through the apps.

We do not collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or personal listening histories through the apps. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools in the apps to monitor your behavior or build a profile about you.

Streaming audio requires an internet connection. The technical information involved in delivering that connection is explained below.

This informational website does not require registration, use analytics, or set tracking cookies. It does not contain forms that collect personal information. Selecting an email link opens your email application; information you choose to send is covered by the contact section below.

Internet connections and technical information

When you visit a website or listen to an internet radio stream, your device sends technical connection information, including its IP address, to the servers delivering the page or audio. This is necessary to send content back to your device.

Website and streaming hosting providers may process routine server logs, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser or player information, to deliver the service, troubleshoot problems, and protect their systems. This technical processing is separate from the apps’ collection of user information. We do not use it for advertising or to build personal listener profiles.

If you voluntarily email, call, or write to us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and handle the matter you raise.

Because our apps do not collect personal information or create user accounts, there is no app account or personal user record for us to delete. You can stop using an app or uninstall it at any time.

We retain information you voluntarily send only for as long as needed to address your inquiry, maintain necessary organizational records, or meet legal obligations. Hosting providers’ retention of technical logs depends on their service settings and policies.

We use reasonable safeguards for correspondence in our care. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided. We will address requests as required by applicable law, including any necessary recordkeeping exceptions.

Children’s privacy

Our apps do not collect personal information from users of any age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps to delete it.

Links may take you to station websites or other services outside this informational website. Those services may have their own privacy policies. Apple and Google also process information in connection with their app stores and operating systems under their own privacy policies. This policy describes EMRG’s practices and does not replace those services’ policies.
